Even More Expendables News
Moviehole.com is reporting that Sylvester Stallone has asked the Nogeuira brothers and Lyoto Machida to appear in the action star studded The Expendables. No word on what the roles would be but who cares. These guys are great fighters and seem to be great guys. Any exposure they get is cool with me. They will be joining Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Eric Roberts, Randy Couture, Steve Austin, and the incredible Terry Crews. Too bad Van Damme and Kurt Russell turned this down. It could have been the greatest movie ever.
The Expendables Gets Even More Awesome
On top of the already ridiculous cast announced for The Expendables, consisting of Sylvester Stallone, Dolph Lundgren, Jet Li, Jason Statham, Mickey Rourke, Forest Whitaker, Randy Couture, it was reported on Aintitcool.com that Arnold Schwarzenegger will have a small role in the movie playing himself. They also reported that Ben Kingsley is out and Eric Roberts will be replacing him. If this isn’t already great enough, LatinoReview.com is reporting that the cool as hell Danny Trejo has signed on as well.
The Expendables Cast Gets Even More Incredible.
Back in November we told you that Jet Li and Jason Statham were going to be co-starring in The Expendables along with Stallone (who wrote the script and is directing as well). Well since then quite a few more names have been added and all of them are great. This is looking like it could be the king of all b-action movies.
