‘Bourne’ will be Kicking ass at Universal for a Long Time
Looks as though we can expect plenty more bond films from Universal. Seems that the powerhouse studio has picked up the rights to the character and more book from Ludlum’s estate. We’ve already got a fourth film that’s being written right now. How many more can we expect? And, how will those compare to the first three that took the world by storm? Cronenberg Stalking ‘Matarese Circle’
OK. I know I posted something, somewhere about this upcoming film before, but I’m not going to wade through pages of articles to link it. The short of that article was, one of the best modern actors, Denzel Washington, is set to star in an upcoming thriller entitled ‘Matarese Circle’. The story sounds interesting, but was really Denzel hopping on board that peaked my interest. Well, cinemaphiles rejoice, we have another reason to get our butts in the chairs. David Cronenberg (Videodrome, The Fly, Eastern Promises) is in talks to direct the film, and if you don’t know who Cronenberg is…I don’t know how to help you. Read on for more info.
