‘Inland Saints’ gets Revamped

We all know that films change once a production company gets their hands on a script. Characters change and the story evolves (or, gets worse for most modern films), but this is such a massive change that I’m really not sure what to think. Read on for what should have been an intense crime-drama with a heavy romance subplot, but turned into something completely different.
World War Z Bites A Director

Director Marc Forster(Quantum of Solace) has been tapped by Paramount to step behind the camera for “World War Z”, the movie adaptation of Max Brooks best selling novel. The book tells the story of survivors of the Zombie war that ravaged the world and the screenplay is being written J. Michael Straczynski (Babylon 5).
Downey Jr. To Be An Avenger
According to a Marvel Studios press release, Robert Downey Jr. has signed on to don the armor one more time in the official Avengers movie. Downey is one of my favorite actors and I’m pretty excited to know we will get to see him as Tony Stark at least one additional time. Read on for the official press release from Marvel.
Jones Suing Paramount.

‘No Country for Old Men’ may have been a critical and box office success, but it also taught us all a valuable lesson. Old men just can’t win. That may not be the real lesson from the film, but we’re sure as hell learning from Tommy Lee Jones, one of the stars of the Academy Award-winning film. The film follows several characters, thrown together after a series of murders leads them on a chase for money, redemption and something more. Well, now Lee’s after something more. Read on…
Franco And Raimi Don’t Know Jack

Sam Raimi, why can’t you just pick a damn movie to make already? You have five movies that are suppose to be your next project (or at the least, the one after that) and yet, you know what fans really want out of you. We’ve been waiting for it for years and you keep promising to go back and make it. And remake it (even though you technically already have when you made the sequel). Hell, you even told us your brother was coming up to write the script with you the weekend after Comic-Con. So, why can’t I just get some solid Evil Dead IV news? Would it kill you to quite screwing around with other people’s franchise and just screw around with your own?
