Full Length Trailer For Star Trek

The new trailer for J.J. Abrams Star Trek is online and I’m torn on how I feel about it. One one hand it looks like it could be awesome. On the other it looks like it is full of (and directed towards) teens and that is the wrong crowd. I think I will wait for a few reviews to come in before I check it out. We will see on May 8 2009 if it is worth the wait.
Cloverfield To Get A Sequel

J.J. Abrams was asked about a sequel to Cloverfield while doing a panel at WonderCon for Star Trek. Although they have said in the past that there wouldn’t be a sequel we now have some good news. Read on for the details.
New trailer for ‘Star Trek’

Here is another trailer for the ‘Star Trek’, no teaser this time….full on trailer.
‘Cloverfield’ sequel not dead yet.

A sequel to the 2007 monster hit ‘Cloverfield’ is still a possibility. The first film, if you remember, was about a giant monster attacking New York City, and the film was a pseudo home movie of said events. But, will this ever see the light of day? Read on for more…
First look at The Enterprise from the ‘Star Trek’ reboot.

This reboot will be release in the US on May 8, 2009, directed by JJ Abrams(Producer of Lost and Fringe) and will star Chris Pine, Simon Pegg, and Winona Ryder to name a few. This is obviously based on the classic TV and Film series of the same name. They have released a picture of the new Enterprise(which is the space ship that the crew resides on - if you don’t already know).
J.J. Abrams Is Shaking Things Up

Apparently the Cloverfield producer has decided to make a fun little throwback to the 70s disaster films of yore. Abrams will be producing an untitled project in the vein of 1974’s “Earthquake” but it will not be a sequel. We can all breathe a little easier now. Read on for more details.
There Are Actual Star Trek Pictures Online

Someone get me my bottle of Nitrostat because I’m about to have a heart attack.
Last year, Abrams tauted his Star Trek reboot at Comic-Con, though not to the extent that most of us wish he had. A few comments, shrouded in an air of secrecy themselves, shouldn’t really count as anything, except it got the Trekkies in a tizzy. This year, however, there is no panel and consider its hitting screens next summer before Comic-Con, it seems more and more like Abrams knows people are going to be pissed with his interpretation. When he says things like “Sorry, but hopefully when [fans] eventually do see more, it will be that much more exciting”, I interpret it as, “I have no idea what I’m doing and I don’t want to piss people off early on.”
Abrams Goes Mystery House Hunting

I love when nonsensical newspaper articles get made into films. It gives Jay Leno’s Headlines a little hope. I can’t wait to see the “Urine stained mattress – $200 or best offer” movie.
Allow me to continue with my infantile Opposite Day…
